Beginner Level 1: This is a class for students of yoga for 6 months or less. It is a great class to try for brand new students. Level 1 - 2: Mixed level class for students who have been practicing yoga for at least 6 months. Forever Yoga: Gentle yoga class using chairs and other props. Appropriate for all ages and abilities. |
