Sarah Woods was introduced to yoga as a child, and
enjoyed it from her first pose. As an adult, she has
practiced yoga since 1998, and began teaching in
2004.

Sarah has studied with many teachers in the United
States, including Jan Campbell, Sharon Conroy,
Manouso Manos and Rodney Yee. She is currently
pursuing her Iyengar Yoga teaching certification with
Sharon Conroy.

Sarah is lucky enough to have a warm and loving
family, her husband Alex and son Miles.
Miles can often be found on his Mom's yoga mat
practicing his poses with her.
